First American was helpful in getting us access to their online database which we query before sending any letters.

Further more, you can go through our forums https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums and you can find some helpful advises there or can post your queries there so potential members can answer to you.

Can you add the field "Remarks" or "Description" and enter your desired keyword as a contains query?

To review the bill, click the Bill Number radio button at the top of their homepage and enter SB354 in the query field.
