Sorry to hear that Steve and thanks for bravely sharing that with others here on BP.I too lost everything back in 2002-2003 (even became homeless and had to move back to my parent's house and live in my old bedroom which of course, my mom painted lavender and pink!) 

If I can get thru this with all my payments being kept up and the only hit to me is a new loan/debt of say 200k at 3.75%..... guess what, I'll be tickled pink.
