I even considered owner financing it to somebody more ambitious or at least has more time than me.During pondering what to do with the property it crossed my mind, it could make a good mail drop store.

I am geographically close to this property, so I am pondering not using property management to get another 175/month out of it.   

Unless you want to talk apples, you might as well tell me who your favorite girl bands are, because we're having two different discussions.

Neighbors dog at one point jumped the fence and bit our little girl riding her bike in our driveway, neighbors constantly argue in their front yd cursing, loud music until 11pm at times during summer months just to give you an idea.

I mean come on.. this is big boy/ girl deals.. best one can do if they are cash challenged or credit challenged is somehow talk thier way into a contract and flip it.

Every girl in Northern Kentucky had a crush on that man, he was gorgeous and so charming.
