I love the open-ness

You can't buy a POS cheap, inadequately snag it, dump tenants into it, and not be prepared for the POS to manifest its POS-ness. 

Then will say, will in 2006, or well it was a commercial deal.......Put this one on the list next to big foot and Loch Ness monster

I personally wouldn't push it, since the broken exterior pane should comprise the water tight-ness of the window and the energy inefficiency affect will be the tenants to enjoy . . . safe and sound from that pesky virus!

Good Afternoon All,Forgive my "newbie-ness".Up until now I was using my own cash to buy, fix, and flip/rent properties, and shied away from using lenders. 

@Chris Bell Just to be the devils advocate...I see a lot of fishy-ness with this deal.

We’d be among the very few renting a 5 bedroom so we can’t exactly wait around for that perfect family who will love the “vintage-ness”.

However if Seattle is a "10" on the relative scale of worse-ness then the next worst is maybe a "5".
