All my guys that work for me (framer, siding, roofer, tile, kitchen, hvac, plumber..

I had a roofer go up and take pics that showed roof needed replacing with quote to replace,  basement had water issues with quote, a leak from shower which showed in laundry room, with quote.  

I cannot sell the home, therefor I cannot pay him.I have since finished the remaining work with somebody else, and got a leaky roof( which he subcontracted out, and then would not give me the phone number to call, nor did he send the roofer back).

This would also hold true for plumbers, electricians and roofers.

A roofer can probably replace the gutters in about 25% of the time it would take someone who doesn't specialize in roofing. 

I have had terrible luck with contractors in the past (roofers, masons, fence contractors), so I turn to you BiggerPockets, who have you had luck with?

Anybody know a reliable, well-priced roofer?

If I had a way to send a mass text to all my roofers individually asking for quotes, reminding them, etc.

Will call roofer next week for quote on repair.
