Both notes and rentals can build wealth, but they do it in different ways: Notes (performing or non-performing): • Pros: Cash flow is usually more predictable, lower day-to-day involvement, and you can often buy at discounts that juice returns. • Cons: Limited upside beyond the terms of the note.
