If it wasn't for the fact we used it as ministry to support this young woman prior to this tenant, I wouldn't have done it.

I like to look for locations that are good, and that I’d feel safe and comfortable living in if I was a single woman with a couple of kids.

I want to say an indisputable "No", like the others, but hopefully this isn't a case of the old landlord being upset about something else and trying to bad-mouth the woman, but I'm not sure how you could verify that.
