Same thing in MS my closing attorney there only records on Fridays.. when at lunch I will always say William what's up man your taking a ton of risk here.. but again hopefully the bad guys dont read this .. :) But generally speaking I think we can all agree that investors first and foremost should get a title commitment read and understand then buy either owners policy or a lenders policy.

If Keller WIlliams or another bigger real estate group has an office in your area and you are fairly new to lending I would recommend renting desk space in an active office where you are present and can answer real estate agent questions on the spot.
