Good question Trevor, I think you’re already thinking the right way by wanting to understand how to approach land for development before diving in.One thing I’ve seen (and am learning myself) is how much really comes down to the land selection itself, especially for smaller scale projects.If the path to utilities and zoning isn’t clear upfront (or at least workable), it can eat a project alive later.
