For that last unit, I'd recommend focusing on tapping into local resources since traditional advertising might not get much traction in a small, isolated town.A few things to try:Post in local Facebook groups, Buy/Sell/Trade pages, or town community boards.Reach out to nearby employers or schools — sometimes they know folks looking for housing and can refer potential tenants.Ask the current tenants who may have friends or family looking for a place nearby.Connect with a local property manager or realtor — they usually have tenant pipelines and can fill the vacancy faster than going it alone.
