I think we can expect Cincinnati to start to "boom" in the coming couple of years, as parts of the city (OTR/Oakley/Hyde park- where I live :) ) are REALLY starting to have buildings EVERYWHERE) + with Cincinnati winning the bid on the MLS soccer stadium/team to be completed by 2021, I think we will see some big things the next couple of years. 

Bellwood Quarry Project, Mercedes Stadium area (Vine City, Wetstview, etc). 

I was told the area is good for investment properties since it is close to the Strip and the stadium and the community is relatively newer than Henderson. 

The voters of Seattle voted down twice a bond to fund a stadium for $1billion dollars and the city built it anyway out of public money.

It is here in Kansas City about a mile from the football and baseball stadiums, (Royals and Chiefs).  

I finished my bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, Illinois and took my first job out of college with Hunt Construction Group as a field engineer on the $250 million Kansas City Royals baseball stadium project.

I guess it’s just a matter of crunching the numbers to see what the ROI would be over the useful life of the stadium.

.- 3,1 - 986 sq ft - Built in 1940 - Rougher Side of Houston, but NOT a warzone, in fact this street is more of an elderly neighborhood, This house is close to MANY of Houston's attractions (downtown, reliant stadium, minute maid park, the Toyota center, Texas medical center, museum district, and about 4 Universities)After my due diligence we came up with the following numbers.- ARV = $82,500 (which was conservative, recent comps for smaller houses came back slightly higher)- Repairs needed = Around $10,000 for rental - (Needs central air, some rotten board on the outside, some doors/sheetrock repair, and painting)We wanted to try to start out with a $10,000 assignment fee to split between us and work our way down depending on what they would take as an offer.

And the south side still can't fill the stadium!
