Unfortunately, you seem to Not Know that "Subject To" and "Contract for Deed" are two entirely different things.Your reasoning and information are seriously flawed.Your lack of attention to detail will, not might, but will get you into trouble with creative finance.It's like me saying that "Butterflies fly through the air" and you respond with "But jellyfish sometimess sting" It's not related and it's incomprehensible.
