@Wes Shive   sure   let me start with Apple,  Google,,, Facebook,, HP,, Varion, Stanford University, the 49ers, Sisco, Oracle, Genetech, The Giants, the Sharks The warriors, the Raiders,  and of course the new comers like linkeden and another 100 to 500 high paying jobs.. now compare that to anywhere else expect maybe Atlanta,, Dallas Houston and LA with Chicago right up there and of course NYC and Boston...

And if you are warrior about liabilities make sure your insurance coverage are on point and look into umbrella policies.Make sure you get an updated rental form as laws may have changed.

My agent always goes out of his way to make sure he is getting the best deal for me he can - getting them to cover closing costs - pay for FHA stuff, and fights for things I might otherwise let go , but he stays strong - sometimes in the middle of "battle" it feel good to have an 'experienced warrior' on my team.
