I just need to have a hole dug for septic (55 gal plastic drums) like I have at my Off-Grid place.

Right now the market is tighter than a gnats butt stretched across a 55 gallon drum!

If I were to start investing using the BRRRR strategy, I would need to drum up cash from an investor.

I used to until I realized, I could drive in and out in 10 minutes, I could let them get dirty, and the oil change place buys oil in 55 gallon drums not quarts.  

If $10K is the only nest egg at this point, it'd be too risky in my book to lock the entire amount into an asset requiring debt service without a way to get the money back out quickly.Like @Ben Leybovich mentioned, talk to everyone and see if you can drum up some private equity to pursue the BRRR strategy. 

Currently I have flipped properties in Drums, Mountain Top, Wyoming, Swoyersville, Pittston, Dallas and Hanover Township.

Those old drum traps in particular are pretty awesome to get cut out and replaced with pvc.
