As she is leaving in bitter anger I say "Let me know when you are moving out!"

If you can drop out right now and commit to going to community college, you'll earn an equivalency diploma while you're there that no one will ever question and will be just fine for whatever US paperwork you'll ever need.I am bitter about my own high school experience.
