The odds of you keeping everything separate 100% of the time with that much juggling is basically zero, which defeats the purpose because the corporate veil is pierced anyway.

We sold a couple other completed projects and were eventually able to see things through completion, lease up, and finally a fairly decent profit, but yeah, it took a lot of juggling and some tight months to bring that project to a successful close, even if it wasn't as successful as we'd hoped.

And there will be problems.Because most architects work on a plethora of building types they are constantly juggling code requirements for different methodologies.

But as a short-term solution, playing the 0% credit card game can be an option, but from my experience, juggling from one to the next with no backup plan often ends in paying high interest in the long run.
