I don’t give one whit about Disney, but it doesn’t take a genius to see that companies that are dipping into politics and social justice are summarily getting creamed.  

I saw one BP member say that the value of his RE portfolio also got creamed in the Crash and was also working back out of a hole as the Cycle of RE values found a bottom and was working its way back to a high.

There's opportunities in multiple sectors both in and out of real estate, like the conversation I had last night with a young lady who is following her mother's footstep in Ice Cream Trucks.

I'm starting to see more beige/cream come into the scene though with a mixture of polar white. 

these are all good posts but all have to remember there are so many deals out there that if everyone of the bigger pockets people bought one property there would still be 150 available for each memberif you are a cream puff investor and want the big return with no work then I have to tell you those days are coming to an endif you rely solely on conventional financing those days will end tooits kinda like the people that go to school spend a lot of money for a bachelors degree that they will never use but cost them there credit and are now in debt to there eye ballscompetition is what makes this country greatAmerica has lost what made her great- Great Ideas- Hard Workers- Industries- The willingness to network with others- how many of the people on this forum really know who there neighbors are?

But for me, it separates the cream from the crop...

I know I am giving up the cream but, I am not an experienced investor plus I run my business full time .

@Crystal SmithWhile Realtors may have pocket listings, usually they are cream of the crop listings.

I have a Keurig, and I provide one k-cup per guest with cream and sugar.
