Prices are high in my local market, but I’m itching to get started- don’t want to be the waiting guy any longer.

Lucky enough to belong to an incredible network in Denver (CO) but as we add operations, properties and an arm of our design business down here I am itching to join something similar!

I'm just itching to get stared :o)I've been in the Kansas City area since 2000 (Peculiar is 45mins from downtown Kansas City), Springfield/Branson area before that, and East Cost as a kid.

I lost my job)... but I am ITCHING to do something with it, since its only making like 1% in an "high interest" savings account.

I'm a newbie from the Oklahoma City area and I'm itching to do my first flip deal.

However, it would take a lot more of my cash right now, and I was hoping to save for a wedding next year.Seems difficult to get to that elusive 1%, but I really don't like my money sitting around right now and I'm itching to find a deal!

Fast forward, to the present...........my sister turned me on to BP and I am itching to buy another property.  

I can already sense that Bigger Pockets is going to become a sort of addiction of mine, as I find myself itching to check the forums constantly! 

Now I'm itching for another deal and another flip!

I nearly pulled the trigger on the CashFlow game, but have cured that itch by playing it online!
