Prince George's county.Please Please Please any advice from someone who has acquired land, developed land or built property on land would be greatly appreciated. 

I am currently investing in Prince William County which is closer to me but I am thinking Fredericksburg is a growing market as well.

I live in Prince George's county and and in the spirit of trying to find a property close to home, I do searches for my county and only yield like, 3 results -- 2 of which usually aren't even MFDs.  

I quickly learned that when making offers on properties in Prince George's County, you have to move fast due to the heavy investor presence.

I an interested in learning how to secure financing, how to assemble the right team, exit strategy, successful property management and networking and learning from investors.Areas I currently service as a real estate agent, Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County/City. 

Currently I live in Annapolis, MD but I call Prince Georges County, MD my home.

Thomas Franklin's checklist was spot on...A lot of Brokerages claim to be investor friendly, but don't really understand the mindset.Do your due diligence... kiss a lot of frogs... find more than one Charming Prince.
