like what most people don't get about the AI is that, currently, in 2024, the AI will become a sudden giant because there's world war three among data centre elephant and data modeler : microsoft vs google vs meta vs amazon, they are the one that's buying thousand of nvidia gpu with the hop one day that one small company or startup can replace the incumbent like google , pfizer All their purchase makes every single nvidia employee can buy a house in santa clara county easily lol. it would impact REI by a lot later on as employment and employability or group of persons would change.

You can also use good ole Microsoft Excel.

Which could include but not limited to:1) Help with any rehab construction you may need 2) Utilize my design experience to perhaps design new floor plans, new constructions, presentations etc. 3) Create any documentation or forms you may need (excellent Microsoft office skills)4) I could find potential deals in your market. 

Frankly, training is a "cash cow" from Microsoft, Cisco, etc. as I am an engineer by day.

If you had an IBM PC then Microsoft Excel would be a simple solution.

Even in Northern CA coast people had to wait for another cycle if picked the wrong timing.East Palo Alto on the contrary is the opposite, people dared to buy at the bottom are making out like a bandit with Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Facebook, because of new jobs created.
