Making a while post bashing people because they don’t look disabled is very tacky.

Note: I’m not bashing people with a truck, but for people starting out you’re typically much better off financially with a car.

Don't bash me with the standard "they will trash your place".

Lots of people do it, so I'm not bashing it for other people. 

If you don't think we know what it's like to be bashed just for existing, you'd be wrong lol. 

The people bashing 750 rents and PM companies live in the most expensive areas of the country.

It's interesting that the topic of Turnkey and the usual bashing of the niche came up in some of the responses.  

Every comment was bashing the owner for being a leech and parasite? 

Of course everybody likes to bash professional management as some waste of money but none of these guys is apparently worth much or else they would value their own time and factor that in.
