Not sure I agree with that title, especially after all the 'gurus' seem to get bashed on BP just because they provide a service/education to people for money.

So people can start bashing on me for this, but I don't see a significant problem and haven't had one. 

One has to love when those who don't understand something, bash it.

If I'm paying him directly, then he will have a vested interest in seeing me succeed and I'm less likely to be bashful about approaching him with land-lording questions as they arise. 

Many people on here bash gurus/teachers/coaches and then in the next sentence, they sing the praises of REIAs.  

I have stopped reading Airbnb related articles this week because they all seem to just be bashing Airbnb owners and hoping that we lose our properties and learn our lesson.Personally we were fully booked through the summer, months ago, and have had two cancellations so far.

It's just too easy to bash Seattle for the crime and anti landlord stances.

We don't bash your stripped down, bare bones, operational stance with blind rage.

Of course I made more than my share of mistakes.What ticks me off is all of the people that constantly come to the Forum and bash Contractors when they themselves are a large part of the problem. 

It puts a cap on how much protection purely domestic LLCs can offer.Now, I'm not here to bash LLCs.
