I've bought porn houses and a house formally owned by a preacher with a dildo collection that must have cost thousands.

The Sheriff can't tell you what to mail or not unless you're sending illegal porn, drugs, other contraband.

Because Trigger isn't my nick name so a fortune from porn is out of the question.

I have one set of goals for my investments and another set of goals for my vacations.I agree 100% with Julie McCoy—the big VR sites like AirBnB allow us to choose from hundreds of amazing, well vetted properties in just about any city—why be restricted to just  1?

@Samantha PaparoThere are only a couple of markets in the country that this forum will recomend for STR VR and that’s Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg (that’s where I am if you want to get in to it talk to me when you’re ready) Bif Bear and Coffeyville, KS ;) “Airbnbing” is a job.

@Kellen King I get that but again, as I’ve said many times as a regular on the STR VR forum I would never be interested in “airbnbing” a garage, closet, studio, condo, hammock, or single family home in a residential area with neighbors that have a right to complain.
