I do my search and feel that Manchester, Liverpool , and Birmingham as most likely areas I can invest in , My goal is to have good houses "Single famliy" with good prices that can establish a good cash flow as passive income.For sorry I do not live in any of those ares, I know them from EPL and try to do the research based on income and thier share in UK GDP , for sure london is the best but I can not handle the prices there.Based on my reasech I can classigy them as follow : Manchester is the best in , Birmingham , and then liverpool.I see Liverpool houses is more but rent to prices ratio is low .I need your insights on this with your valuable advise , considering the area I choose , I will keep investing on it and enlarge my protfolio in it for the next 10 years.

You hit the nail on the head: not all lenders are created equal, and those initial offers that sound too good to be true usually come with hidden fees or rigid terms that can cost you down the road.I always tell newer investors to shop lenders like you’d shop contractors — ask questions, compare line-by-line, and don’t be afraid to walk away if it doesn’t feel right.

It took us a couple of weeks but we slowly increased their rankings unit they were on page 1 (based on search parameters of course) and they got a 10 day booking soon thereafter.We use Price Labs to check out the date of the last booking.

If the property moved from the owner-occupant-only phase to the extended phase, it means no one during that first window submitted an acceptable bid (either price was too low, or the financing didn’t line up).
