Hi

Has anyone invested in a condo at The Resort at Governor's Crossing in Seviervlle, TN? We are staying here with family and it seems like a pretty nice place. Curious if anyone knows about the HOA, the net yearly profit of owning a condo, any thoughts on the place in general. Thanks

@Evan O'Brien I am answering this based just on data I saw online but if 9/65 units are in the market - that is a lot - has to be a reason. If one or two have to do a quick sale that could also have big impact on future pricing
