I will give you a bit of info about me so you understand how much other's help and advise has helped me in life.I came int he States about 15 years ago with limited knowledge of the language (hence my spelling), from a formerly communist country in Easter Europe, meaning that we had no credit card system, credit scores, no Real Estate industry per say, as most of homes stayed in the family for generation.  

The point is not so much that the Social Safety Nets are "Socialist" or worse yet, "Communist."

The author of the bill, Chiu, frequently introduces extreme ultra-left wing, anti-capitalist, even communist China would be horrified at how extreme they are, bills.

I love being able to stand strong with the facts and make communists cry.

The communist republic of California is not very friendly to landlords, but Arizona is.  

Ok, yes we can use RTM, but not for everything, at some point in time, we need boots on the groundUtility managementLegislative (I feel like we are being turned into a somewhat of communistic world) told what we can do with our own properties that we own, pay taxes on, pay insurance and maintenance etc…Lack of choices on landlord insurance( sky high costs)Lack of affordable housing, with a stronghold on choices and change from very old laws in place for zoningThese are a few that I could think off the top of mind!

Hello bp, The other day I had talked a friend and he told me his grandfather has properties in his name (he passed away) that He bought them before Fidel but when the communists took over they took the titles to all the land.

Makes no sense ... that being said if I lived in a crazy communist state ran by wackos where the tenants have more rights than the owner of the building and it takes 6 months to kick a loser out I may think differently !

Write about the communists that run California and their new rent controls.I don't want to put words in your mouth, but I would argue that they are filthy communists who know nothing of free markets, who want to bully the minority (property owners) to gain the votes of the majority (tenants).
