It was supposed to be turnkey, but immediately after buying the house it needed lots of routine maintenance, gutters cleaned, trees trimmed, sink repaired, muni inspection, etc.

Even just shifting those routine tasks can make it much easier to stay active on acquisitions and not lose momentum.Curious what others here are doing to keep their pipeline full without burning out.— Yashira

There's a fancy prep school right next to the campus I think it's called Lower Merrion If I recall. 

Expenses include things like management fees, routine maintenance , insurance, property taxes, utilities (if paid by property owner), legal/accounting, and vacancy.

Nothing fancy but it is a good tv that seems to do well.

I expect it to continue its one step back, two steps forward routine, edging slowly down, for the rest of 2025.

Set aside time regularly, make it part of your routine, and focus more on doing than overthinking.

Are they doing routine quarterly inspections?
