@Nicholas Minich - I think the project management of the renovation process is the biggest area that is underestimated.

I am trying to figure out what exactly I need to assign them to make my process run smooth.

We have been work with the inspector and the city to get everything permits and closed.We are at the last step and requested a certificate of occupancy but was told we still need a driveway Apron permit which we are working on getting as wellthe issue is this process is now 5 months plus.
