Hi all,

I was looking into Virtual Assistants. Would love some feedback on the experience. What’s the cost? Are they actually doing the work? Training involved? And how it’s help one grow there business. Thanks!

Hey @Pierre Butler

I have a VA that I utilize for the Realtor side of my business. He acts as my transaction coordinator. He has MLS access and can write offers for me. If I'm busy, he can literally do 100% of my paperwork. I pay him around $220 per transaction. He specializes in Realtor transactions and was already working with other agents, so he was already trained in the systems that we use. It's saved me a TON of time on paperwork which allows me to spend more time prospecting.
