I haven’t had any issues and I’ve been doing this for over 10 years. respectfully disagree, there is no gray area with a person on the DNC list when buying a list from a third party or getting someones info from a third party site if they did not sign up.The National Law Review points out that "Several definitions are unclear under the statute, leading to difficulties in compliance."

Using my market of Philadelphia to explain this, the investor who accumulates ten $100K single family homes utilizing the BRRRR method in stagnant low barrier neighborhoods in North Philadelphia (Low C/D neighborhoods for those who aren't familiar) and has $700,000 in debt spread across the portfolio will have more difficulty in this environment than the investor who owns property valued at $1M in Graduate Hospital (B+ neighborhood) with the same $700K of debt.
