Between the decades' long growth of clean industry, tech, ecology, the indie music & film scene, the political & educational intellect and a contemporary, pedestrian-friendly downtown, Austin models the values of the Hippie/Boomers, Gen X & Gen Y/Milleniums, across the board.

I thought I had seen every Disney animated film ever made!! 

Apple, Google, Xerox, Fuji film, and Meta are all coming into the area. 5k people a month move to the area which has created a housing shortage, rent spikes, major appreciation (not just due to inflation) and you can still find single family homes for sale on the MLS in good condition for ~250k+ Tenant-landlord laws are landlord-friendly and taxes are low.

Then colleges, sports teams, film industry. 

Then I moved to Minnesota when 3M window film was all the rage, which made houses less drafty but sealed them up tight.  

Id be happy to talk to you more about it, you have to take into account things like Sundance Film Festival, the increased summer traffic (Park City has really stepped up its advertising for us being summer destination) Although its still not as busy as winter.

Video filming starts again tomorrow for round two, and once the rehab is complete, the completed version will be filmed and then edited.

I rented one for over a year to a Hollywood film worker, always out of town or country working.
