I have been doing some research on the markets along the coast line from West Palm Beach to Miami and what I see is that crime rates in the area are fairly high especially as you get closer to Miami so being an out of state investor I am bit concern due to lack of knowledge in the area.  

As a foreigner buying land in Mexico within 50km (32 miles) from the coastline, you will use the means of a bank trust (fideicomiso) or you may buy property by establishing a Mexican corporation. 

It really just depends on the owners financial position and whether he will use any of his money to create/upgrade/restore his rental property.But as far as sea views and beautiful coastlines are concerned, you have gone to the better parts of Europe.

Or more specifically, how many people have to share a certain amount of coastline.

The inside could be spectacular, but the roof could be a deterrent.

And lastly... the tell tale sign of defeat is when people start measuring up their worth with money.You made 59 Billion dollars in 1 week.OMG awesome.Me.. not so spectacular as you.I just make paraplegic people walk again using my mind!

I've been a client of his for over a year and the results have been spectacular.

Now i just need 4 more rentals. those 70 to 80 American made cars were pretty spectacular  LOL
