I'm not a fan however you can search Amazon and find it, I'm sure.However, at the root of your query is the fear that you'll make a mistake.If you buy properties that will cash flow (positively) then your concern relates to equity gain through appreciation. 

The happier internet users are, the more they will use Google to search the webbles, and thus the more morons like us with websites will beg Google to put our sites high and google can then charge us a poopload of money for ads and such.So it is their job to bring forth the ULTIMATE best site relative to the search query a user inputs into the search engine.

You can use a Google query such as:site:linkedin.com "turnkey provider company name"That might give you at least a couple names to start with.In most cases, they are brokers, contractors, etc outside of being turnkey providers. 

It also doesn't seem to recognize a quoted string versus the individual words in a search query.

I would only query to you how do you know the other 3 tenants pay on time?
