that house wants the renovation is completed and should be generating $3400 in monthly revenue top line. even with taxes in the utilities and everything else it still is generating cash flow. the third scenario is an appreciation play. this is not one that I would follow in the state of Connecticut even though I have benefited from a great deal of its appreciation across My Portfolio. when you target a town like West Hartford or Glastonbury, something a little higher-end appreciation can be achieved.

Others in the NYC region invest closer...I believe many in BP have mentioned Albany and Newburgh...others in Pennsylvania- Allentown area, and some in CT like Hartford.

@Erin Dorsey Robinson I agree it’s not the best term, although growing up in Hartford during the 90’s when the the Los Solidos and Latin Kings were shooting at each other daily in the North End, War Zone was an apt description as there was an actual gang war occurring in the streets.
