I do not feel comfortable renting to someone who seems to be violent and volatile and who may have a drinking problem- one of the incidents involved him trying to run his girlfriend (and mother of his child )off the road with his vehicle while she was driving her own vehicle.

ALSO, say things like "..it sounds very violent, like they are fighting" BUT, be careful not to lie or make a false report when the operator tries to get you to be more specific, just keep saying it sounds like they are fighting, and I can't really hear exactly what's being said, but "...they are being angry and violent sounding" ....keep it vague and if they try and over question you, like they do in LA to avoid the call, just tell them your doing your part and reporting the problem, you are not a professional psychologist or crisis interventionist, they should send someone who is, like Police!

My management company will charge them 50$ to screen them....especially if it is a support animal or has committed violent acts( lol).Sorry , I don’t think it will tell you if it urinated in a previous residence.
