Look over bids with a fine tooth comb, no bid is the same.

Bouncy house workers comb the skies ready to evacuate children if it gets too hairy. 

Thankfully my HOA is very investor/rental friendly (which I was considering when buying) but that is a really good thought I need to comb through those details as I hadn't thought about how much parking is allowed and I'm sure there are some other considerations I am missing.

If you are good at underwriting, partner with someone who can find deals or bring in money, or partner with multiple people that by combing forces you all can handle your own area of responsibility for the overall success of the team.

As a RE Agent I comb the hot sheets multiple times a day looking at New listings, price reductions, back on market, etc.  

I have a diverse group of employees in Houston (gay, women, minorities, and some combs of all-of-the-above) as well as a diverse group of tenants.  

While combing away on the MLS, Redfin, Zillow is easy, so far I've found it challenging to find good and responsible BRRRR purchases.

Would I have to combing them into 1 account? 

This guy with a bad comb over that was found to have commited fraud recently has a bad habit of trying to make complex things too simple, complexity is ok, it's part of life.  

It's about 300 pages of intimate financial detail that must be combed over, reviewed for accuracy, typed, and cross-checked 5 times.
