Should i use a credit union or a commercial bank to open up a business account for a short term vacation rental company?

The fact that the property was vacated and keys returned is strong evidence of abandonment in Pennsylvania.File a written notice with your records showing the circumstances: tenant arrested, keys returned, property vacated, family removed property, and you received no further communication from the tenant.     

Vacation rentals etc are considered to be a business thus commerical.Section 5 is dubious.

Keep in mind that those "vacation" rentals and called that because people go there when they take vacation.

Our lease requires 60-day Notice, has an automatic annual renewal with x% increase and a x% Holdover Rate (if tenant gives notice and does NOT vacate).
