M Ness, Tax liens in Florida have the potential to pay good rates, but the good properties get bid down pretty low for interest rates.Plus in Florida, even if you own the tax lien and if the owner does not pay the taxes before the redemption period ends, then you can ask the county to foreclose - BUT you don't automatically get the property.
