@Shelly Glennon  It is not unusual for large corporate tenants to have agents do their lease renewals and get pad a commission for it.

However, if you have an issue with a neighbor, they may have some recourse as the zoning technically does not alloy separate living quarters.Also keep in mind that if you are going to add plumbing, you will want to check and see if the sewer tap is in the the back of the property or the front.

You pay a local licensed contractor wIth a good reputatIon to accompany you for a second look .have him look over all the structure and systems etc.. have him do quick quotes on issues he sees on a legal pad as he’s walking through each room have him check the wiring the roof the furnace the plumbing .
