are you hungry do you need a snack?

One property has a sewer stop up so we got to meet with plumbers, learn about dye going through sewers to trace the route, then we got to pay the tree trimmer, got to see a mobile home moved into our park, went to the dealership to get keys to the house, got to get a snack at starbucks, see the mover mess up a tenants lawn and work to resolve it.  

After the obvious important stuff you want to have extra items for your guests such as cleaning supplies, soap, snacks, etc.

We had snacks, wine, and before pictures scrolling on a TV in the living room.

Make sure its held in a nice place and you have some snacks or a guest speaker. 

- i.e. dump station, RV wash, free air, free ice, restrooms, snack bar or concession stand or restaurant, etc.I hope it works out. 

Having a designated speaker for each with a good topic/slideshow, making time for a networking portion of the meetup, and having snacks/drinks accessible are all great ways to insure recurring attendance.

In Collegedale/Ooltewah area there is McKee Foods (little debbie snacks), a Volkswagen plant, an Amazon warehouse, a FedEx warehouse, and many more companies.
