Yeah, we get requests like this occasionally.

I cannot specifically think of any issue at all but occasionally we have had complaints about something clearly listed and when we point them to it the complaining usually stops.

I predict it is a part time to full time job on the phone and searching Zillow etc to get an occasional deal maybe at best once every month to as far apart as just a handful a year.

I do have the occasional turnover and just did some major rehab in one unit, but that unit had not been touched for almost 12 years other than some minor paint touchups. 

And I still occasionally do deals there. 

I primarily market on Zillow, occasionally Facebook Marketplace.

We do occasionally have families or professionals that come to look at our properties, but they realize they can get a much cheaper place a little further out from campus.
