I hear they will sometimes go to 100% financing but with fine print and conditions and you need to qualify and the project needs to have a good deal spread.

At year end it probably takes 2 hours to go through everything looking for errors and printing reports. 

BP members complains on Bpmartel says they will refund money only if you print a retraction..

Your losses can offset any other income, including W2 income and portfolio income, regardless of your income level.I only gave a very cursory introduction, because there's a lot more fine print, gotchas and various special situations.
