You have to give ALL of your medical history to ensure the doctor is able to diagnose you to the best of their ability.

Since it's a new decease, diagnosing it seems to have issues.

We're not going to spend extraordinary time diagnosing an issue and burning up time (expense).

The repair when properly diagnosed required no parts.

And that's not even getting into whether the "pro" would properly diagnose the problem. 

If in that same house I'll have it back up again then they'll be a records that there is a possible more serious problem and they would presumably scope and diagnose.

More details here...the reason we need to move is actually that we'll be taking in my ailing mother (devastatingly, she was diagnosed with ALS recently).

That means you could be covered if you are diagnosed with Coronavirus, but foreseeable events such as becoming quarantined due to the Coronavirus will not be covered.

My town's hospital already was full of ICU patients before we even diagnosed our first case because we've mainly pinned our number of beds to the needs of the seasonal flu which peaked around early March here. 

I would not pay a handyman service to come out and diagnose a problem, but would be open to paying a set after hour rate- thats what I do now.
