It feels a bit like we are chasing ghosts at this point, which is quite expensive and hasn't solved the problem.So in your professional opinion, you think it's likely that both drains and a mysterious exterior leak of some kind all manifested suddenly in a short time after years of no issues?

This is your online calling card, your business hub, Your credibility hub, and from there out you branch out to social media, your blogs, and you will branch out your internet presence.You do this right, and sooner than later deals will start finding you.Do NOT do this like a rookie because you are sabotaging your success.Get a website,  and market said credible website through out your market and let the deals have an opportunity to find you.If you want a manifestation of that I am telling you... look at this.Every single one of these leads went out and found me.

Deterring visible factors also manifest themselves when you look at trim - hallway, bathroom door trim, for example, is no longer square, but starts to look somewhat trapezoidal.

There are also banking regulations in place that weren't there before, forbearance options for conventional loans, and checks being cut to individual families (though those amounts won't last many very long), so who knows.I'm not saying you're wrong, the true effects (and therefore opportunities) will take time to manifest (especially around foreclosures), but I'd not depend too much on what happened roughly a decade ago to tell us exactly how this one will play out.

If a contractor wants to quote w/ materials, we compare the quote against our pricing on the same manifest to see where it lays.Like Michael, we typically source specific items (light fixtures, vanities, fixtures, appliances, etc) ourselves regardless of the approach we are taking.I can also not stress enough standardising paint colours.
