@Christopher Vargas South up on Las Vegas Blvd has a lot of new development with many amenities near by: bus lines, shuttles, grocery stores, newer local casino with bowling, movies, restaurants.

Have you ever seen a space shuttle launching without boosters?

Long in short, I have the opportunity to buy a 940 sqft 2br 2ba condo in Alexandria, VA, which has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the Pentagon City Metro, allowing for easy transit access.
