Unfortunately, a lot of these people develop substance abuse problems and increase crime, violence and homelessness numbers.

So let me express mine: You are one of the biggest "Persons Of Substance" on BP.

Land is not an "AS IS" purchase when hazardous waste or a deadly substance or land fill was created.

All the Rich Dad books (but they are full of motivation and mindset, but don't have any actual substance), I read and listened to many podcasts, while driving for my regular job, or while working on my "side gig" where I cut, split, and delivered firewood after work hours.

Not sure how you thought that piece of advice would be helpful but if you have more advice with some substance that would be greatly appreciated.

The other campaign had more substance but with a low response rate.

Always assume to initially receive negative or pessimistic reactions and opinions with little to no substance.
