The only problem being stationed there is because of my status I can't buy and own property as military personnel.

The volume is now averaging 15,000 requests per month, with no additional personnel authorized because all the extra work does not result in increased sales.

From what I have read they can actually go to court and get a court order granting them permission to foreclose on active duty military personnel.

I keep my business(rentals) in a separate checking account from my personnel checking.

Begin stationed there and being a loan consultant I can tell you that you should looking into renting to the military personnel.

These activities would include advertising, "for sale" signs, a sales office, and employment of sales personnel.

If you can get someone responsible, clean-cut, punctual and honest to move in there it will be well worth the money.I have a feeling that they are currently advertising poorly, the management team they have in place is doing an unsatisfactory job, and the management personnel living on-site is unfriendly and unaccommodating.
