6 months after foreclosure I got the Red sticker from the Sheriff saying everything now on the property was not mine, and that I was barred from the property!

Just look at the fundamentals and make a decision based on that, don't make a decision based on sticker shock. 

The first few months of new ownership can cause a bit of sticker shock while the bumps flatten out.Hope some of this helps!

It's like why would a car dealership list the sticker price if no one in their right mind does it.

The neighbors also confirmed that nobody has lived here for at least 6 months and there is a sticker on the window from the bank saying that it has been serviced by a property preservation company.
