Chris Allen Allowing a guest to move in with Tenant?
10 September 2019 | 30 replies
My tenants deposit is only $500, and with this guest there will be three dogs total, two of which are a husky and an Akita... so I would think the only right way to get a security from someone who is bringing another animal into the property and will be staying there an entire year would be to just add him onto the lease?

So the seller shows up and tells me, he and his wife just separated, she just moved out. meanwhile her family is living there and not contributing to the bills, he is stuck with the house which he isnt even living in. he's like "i am VERY motivated, I used to be a truck driver, my company was sold and now I have a new job but make less money." so we walk around the place and he says "hey, how ya like that husky riding mower?

The funny thing I learned about the average labor person in Mass, you know, the husky dudes wearing flannel, is that they would prefer to sit in their basement smoking pot all day or hanging out at their basement bar with their buddies bitching about having no work and playing video games or still thinking the crappy band they are in is cool because they get to play the local PNA or Elk's lodge once every few months.
