To me they need to issue those  There are different reasons or situations when a deal “goes south”.  

They have been a successful landlord for decades and never had issues with this.

There are probably a LOT more issues that can go wrong, so a LOT more reasons to sell now and invest on your own!

We were having issues with bots, and by solving that, we accidentally broke a few site features for some users.

In many states, the disclosure of an issue or a repair has a 5-year limit. 

SO the issue has always been about not having enough money.

A lawn company won't solve the issue because the pickup tenant will continue to complain.

I understand that the City of Anaheim is no longer issuing new STR permits, so one option is to buy a property that already has an existing STR license.

I do not know CA law well, so you'll want to talk to a CA CPA, but I know in FL you run into transfer tax issues.
